Another Look At Our Beautiful Monterey Moto Jacket - Just Style LA

Personally I love spring, and even though it seems like we are in the middle of summer in Los Angeles, I am looking forward to the beginning of spring which officially starts at the end of this week. Spring brings a rebirth and renewal of sorts, from beautiful flowers blooming (tulips being my favorite), to the nicer weather: it’s a season to get out, have fun and enjoy nature.

To celebrate the beginning of spring, we are having a special giveaway on our web site that will last until the end of March. Anyone who places an order for one of our jackets that is more than a $100.00 will get any necklace or scarf of their choice for Free!!

All you need to do is add the jacket of your choice to your cart, fill out all the billing / shipping information and type in the “Order Notes” section the name of the necklace or scarf you would like to receive as your Free gift – then submit your order: We will ship your order usually the same day for Free anywhere in the USA – All other over seas orders will have an additional $45 S&H

The Monterey jacket has been one of our best selling jackets, and when we had it as a “Enter to win – giveaway” a few months ago I got so many great comments and responses for this jacket.

Last time I styled this jacket, I did so in a dressier way with waxed black jeans and a scarf which was more appropriate for fall/winter. This time I wanted to style it in a more casual way that can show you how it can easily transition into spring. Wider leg pants and jeans are currently trending, so I decided to pair the Moto jacket this time with my wider leg Seven for all mankind jeans that I have had for many years, and a loose summery top underneath.

Normally I like tucking in my tops (either half tuck or full tuck) to show a waistline with a belt, but once in a while I like this looser look of the top hanging out under the jacket. To me it only works when the top is at least a couple of inches longer. If the top is the same length as the jacket, I would tuck it in, if not completely at least in the front, to show a difference in proportion. Remember different proportions are more interesting together than the same.

To finish off my look, I added one of our brand new spring turquoise necklaces with matching earrings that works perfectly with the color of the Monterey jacket.

I would love to hear your thoughts on my outfit and I hope everyone will take advantage of our great Free Gift for the rest of March.
