Eggshell A Great New Neutral For Fall

Eggshell A Great New Neutral For Fall

One of the best and easiest ways to dress for fall is to mix great neutrals with black. You can’t really go wrong with this combination. There are so many great neutrals that are perfect for fall, but today I have a new one I have discovered that I think can be a great substitute for ivory or white. I am calling this color Eggshell. It’s like a cream but with a little big of yellow mixed in, making it more buttery. As you can see it looks great with black and I think it will look just as nice with brown, gray, navy or even hunter green.

We are offering this color in our Shawl Collar Open Front Blazer, which we also have in black and you can see that one here. This is a super chic, loose blazer that can work with so many items. You can wear it work, date night or lunch with girlfriends. I love the long and slim shawl collar in the front which gives it a tuxedo look.

This Eggshell blazer happens to work really well with our Pearl Peasant Blouse with Metallic Stripes. Both colors are very similar, so they blend really well together. The top is made out of a pretty light weight fabric with tonal metallic stripes which are very subtle so do not get scared by the metallic description. The stripes just have a bit of a sheen to them compared to the background fabric. The body is a simple peasant style and it is lined since the fabric is a little see through. The sleeves are not lined, and they are three quarter length.

I then added our Multi Color Leaf Print Square Scarf Shawl which works really nice with both the top and the jacket. This scarf has a lot of great fall colors in the leaf print so you can wear it with many outfits.

I finished off the look with our Blush Stone and Gold Tone Chain Fringe Earrings, black skinny jeans, black heels and YSL cross body bag.

All four pieces I am showing you today are part of our 24-HR Flash Sale where you can get 15% off with code FS91 plus Free US Shipping.
