How To Dress Up A Little Black Dress

How To Dress Up A Little Black Dress

A Little black dress or LBD’s as we all like to call them, are such a go-to piece for a lot of occasions through out the year.  Be it for a special occasion, date night or even wearing it to the office with a jacket, little black dresses always look chic and we all have a few in our closet.

Today I am showing you how a few great jackets and a statement necklace can dress up a LBD. I have had this little black dress I am wearing today for a couple of years now and have worn it so many times with different items.

Today I have decided to style it with three pieces from our online store that I think work perfectly with any little black dress.

The first piece is our Blush Lace jacket which I first styled for you here.  This is a very pretty and feminine lace jacket that looks great over any LBD especially for dinner or date night or even a party. The second and third pieces I am showing you are our white and black kimono jackets with a colorful floral embroidery which I love.

I have styled both these pieces for you before here and here.  These two looks are a little more causal than the Blush Lace Jacket, so you might even be able to wear them to the office.  Of course theses are also great looks for lunch, dinner or a even a party.

I added a brand new statement necklace from our shop that works with all three outfits.  Our Black Suede String Necklace with Geometric Pendants is a true statement piece that can elevate any outfit.

Also I am super excited to announce that we will be adding a few dresses to our web site in August. I have been working on this for a while and I can’t wait to start debuting them.

All three jackets I am showing you today plus the necklace are part of our 24-HR Flash Sale where you can get 15% off with code FS718 plus Free USA Shipping.  Only $25.00 flat rate for all international shipments.

Just a quick reminder to you all that I am leaving for vacation with my husband to Prague and Dubrovnik Croatia on Thursday so I will not have blog stories for a couple of weeks.  I will do a recap of our trip when we return with lots of photos and information in case some of you are interested in visiting these cities.

I will be posting daily photos and videos on our Instagram page (Click Here – Jacket Society) during the trip so make sure you are following me on Instagram or even Facebook to see some of our travel adventures as they happen.

I would love to hear from anyone who has been to either one of these locations and if you have any recommendations.  What do you think of my looks?
