How To Spruce Up A Neutral Blazer

How To Spruce Up A Neutral Blazer

It was nearly a year ago when I debuted our Eggshell Shawl Collar Open Front Blazer. It has been one of our best-selling blazers and we have had to restock it a few times.

This is a super chic, loose blazer that you will love and it can work with so many items. The best part is that the color is almost a neutral so you can easily wear it for any season.

The long slim shawl collar in the front gives it a classic tuxedo look. It also has two welt pockets at the front with a flap and is fully lined. We also have this same jacket available in a classic black color and you can see that one here.

I actually do consider this eggshell color as a neutral and I wanted to add some color and pattern to spruce up the whole look. So for today’s look I am wearing it with our Emerald Green Stand Collar Long Sleeve Blouse.

This color is the latest addition to this stand collar blouses which are also available in a White, Alabaster and Berry. This shade of green is very close to Pantone’s fall 2020 trend color “Ultramarine Green”.

The fabric has a soft silky hand and the body is loose and easy to wear. It has a stand collar with a V neck opening that finishes in a placket. The sleeves are long and finished with a cuff that has a nice detailed top stitching.

You also have the option of wearing the sleeves folded up as the shirt has a button tab inside to keep the sleeves up. That is how I am wearing it for today’s look.

The best part is that I have the perfect necklace to go with this emerald green blouse. Our Antique Brass and Green Bead and Stone Necklace has the same shade of green beads making it a perfect match for the blouse.

Last but not least today, I have added a new plaid scarf/shawl from our shop which is very pretty and works perfectly with both the blazer and the blouse. This Multi Color Plaid Square Shape Shawl Wrap has many pretty woven colors and is a perfect to be worn with so many wardrobe items for fall.

All four pieces I am showing you today are part of our 24-HR Flash Sale where you can get 15% OFF each item.
