Our Mauve Boucle Cardigan Duster And A Holiday Sale

Our Mauve Boucle Cardigan Duster And A Holiday Sale

It has finally cooled down somewhat here in Los Angeles this week and I really hope it stays this way.  If you live in Los Angeles area, you will know that at any given moment the weather can go back to being 90 degrees in the middle of fall.  Even though I love sunny days more than cloudy ones, I do love the cooler weather for this time of the year.  As you know I love jackets and scarves and I want to take advantage of wearing these pieces as much as possible in LA.  Hopefully we will have cooler weather and even some rain here in Southern California this fall as we truly need it.

Speaking of the weather and before I move on to my outfit details, I wanted to recommend a documentary that my husband and I watched last week called “Before The Flood”.  It is a National Geographic channel documentary starring Leonardo DiCaprio about climate change in the world.  Wether you believe in climate change being real or not, this is a very informative documentary and is shot beautifully with stunning imagery.  You can see the trailer for the documentry by clicking here.

So today I am showing you our brand new mauve boucle long cardigan duster.  This is a nice soft and cozy piece that you can throw on over any outfit to give it a stylish edge and keep you warm at the same time.  It is made out a soft boucle knit fabric and it is unlined, with no shoulder pads and no front closure, giving it a laid back look.  You can however belt it if you wish, which could also look very stylish.  I wore it with my skinny jeans, a cream sweater top and my black booties.

To finish off the look I added our new mauve gray cream abstract geometric print scarf which is a perfect pair for the cardigan as the colors work really well together.  I also added our Round Pearl Pendant Necklace which is a really pretty piece that you can wear with so many outfits.

Last but not least I wanted to say we are starting our Thanksgiving Holiday Sale today on our entire store which will last until November 30th at midnight.
