A Second Look At Our Maize Off The Shoulder Top
A Second Look At Our Maize Off The Shoulder Top
This week I am in New York city taking a short vacation with my son, I actually flew into JFK late last night after the flight was diverted to Detroit because of huge thunderstorms in the area. If you have been following me on my blog for a while, then you know that I did the same trip with him last year in June. You can see the blog story about that trip by clicking here.
My son Stefen and I have been to New York together a few times now and every time we go we have so much fun. We both like the energy in the city, eating at great new restaurants and of course shopping together. Stefen has already had a few other trips with his friends this summer and this is his last getaway before he goes back to USC in August.
This was the perfect opportunity for me to have some one on one time with him on this “mother and son” trip. I will post pictures daily on my Instagram and Facebook pages, so if you are not following me yet, please do so you can see what we are up to. @jacketsociety
Over the weekend, my husband and I went out for a bit of shopping and an early dinner. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to style our Maize off the shoulder top for a second time. I first introduced this top to you here.
This time I wanted to be more casual and laid back so I wore it with my black shorts and my brand new Dolce Vita yellow lace up sandals which work perfectly with this top. To finish off my look I added our Matt gold necklace and earring set.
Below you can see the many different ways you can wear this top: off or on the shoulder, tucked in or left out. This is one of the many reasons I love this top, not only is it super versatile, it is also a pale yellow which is a big trend color for summer.
The two pieces I am wearing today are part of our 24-hr Flash Sale where you can get 15% off with code FS726 plus US Free Shipping.
Limited quantities in both items so do not wait if you are interested in either piece.

Nora, this is gorgeous, I love the whole look. I’ve just bought a cold- shoulder top, but have not worn it yet, it’s slightly small on the shoulders so I may have to try and get a larger size. Nice to link up again. Jacqui

Hi Jacqui,
Thank you! Make sure to get the right size, as cold shoulder tops can be tricky and you want to make sure they fit well.

This top is gorgeous and I really enjoyed seeing both styling options. I particularly enjoyed the more casual look and found it very inspirational. Thanks for linking up with Fabulous Friday! Hope to see you back this week, Nora.
