Shades of Orange To Start Summer - Just Style LA

I hope everyone had a nice and relaxing Memorial Day Weekend. Even though the first day of summer is officially June 21st, Memorial Day Weekend always feels like the start of summer. It’s now time to have fun in the sun, travel, enjoy the beach and those long sunny days and balmy nights.

So, cheers to the unofficial start of summer and here’s hoping everyone will have a great one.

I thought it would be nice to start summer off with a cheerful color, so I have chosen orange, which I think is perfect for this season.

Introducing our beautiful new Orange Botanical Print Wrap Dress, which I personally love and will be wearing a lot this summer. It is made of a slightly crinkled rayon fabric that is printed in a pretty botanical print in black and white. The dress is a real wrap dress and it has three quarter length sleeves with a flounce cuff which gives it a feminine edge. It is not a real maxi, but it is on the long side. The back length is 46” from neckline to the bottom of the dress. As a reminder, I am only a little under 5’4” so pretty average in height.

Since orange is the theme color for this blog story, I added a few other pieces from our store into the mix. First one is our White Orange Brown Abstract Print Scarf with Sequins. This is a very pretty soft scarf/shawl that can work for those cooler nights and I think the print works nicely with the botanical print of the dress.

The second item is our Tangerine Three Quarter Sleeve Jersey Top which is a beautiful color, perfect for summer and a great easy top to throw on with jeans, shorts or black pants like I have done here.

As for jewelry, I added our gold-plated Chandelier Earrings with Black Stones. These earrings are really pretty and delicate and at the same time they can be a great statement piece for any outfit.
