Spring Color Trend Alert Ultra Violet

Spring Color Trend Alert Ultra Violet

A few weeks ago I shared Pantone’s 2018 Spring colors and I mentioned Ultra Violet and how it is Pantone’s color of the year and one of the hottest colors for spring.

Today I am introducing this color in a print not a full piece but I am working on having more pieces in this beautiful color for spring. It is not a color I personally wear very often, but I think it is a flattering color on most skin tones and I am planning to wear more of it this spring and summer.

I am calling our new top, the Purple Rose Print Linen V Neck T-shirt, but the purple shade is very similar to what Pantone is calling Ultra Violet. The knit fabric which is the background color looks like linen, in fact there is some linen yarn knitted into the fabric. This gives it an interesting texture and I love the mix of the linen color with the purple.  The body is loose and long with the sides slightly shorter than the front and back. It is a very pretty, feminine top for spring.

Because of the linen background color of the t-shirt, it works really well with our Taupe Hooded Cargo Jacket. They not only work well together color wise but style wise as well. This is a great casual jacket for spring and we only have a few pieces left in it.

Since the print has some black in there, I wore the two pieces with my black boot cut jeans, black boots, bag and belt.

As for accessories, I have two new pieces today:

One is our Taupe Black Metallic Gold Abstract Print Scarf Shawl and the other piece is our Adjustable Faux Leather and Bead Necklace with Fringe.

First, the scarf is a great neutral piece in black and taupe abstract print but the metallic gold splashes give it a modern edgy finish. As for the necklace, it is made out of faux leather string that ties in the back of the neck so you can adjust the length to whatever length you want. It has beautiful tan beads that lead to a faux leather fringe that is quite long but you can also cut the fringe to the length desired.

All four pieces I am showing you today are part of our 24-HR Flash Sale where you can get 15% off with code FS36 plus Free US Shipping. All international shipments are a flat rate of $25.00.

    1. Hi Jess,
      Thank you so much.

  2. I just love that long tassel necklace! That blush pink jacket is just perfect for the Spring!

  3. Very pretty ultraviolet print top. It looks sooo nice with the abstract print scarf. I would have never thought of pairing the two together, but it works wonderfully.

    1. Hi Jennie,
