The Womens Denim Jean Jacket An American Classic

The Womens Denim Jean Jacket An American Classic

The denim jacket has been around for a long time and it’s definitely a classic that doesn’t go out of fashion.  I have to say that right now it is having a “big moment” as I have seen a big resurgence of all kinds of denim jean jackets lately.  It can make an outfit more casual or edgier and can definitely turn a mediocre outfit into one that makes a statement.

One of the ways I have always loved to pair my denim jacket is with a soft fluid dress.  So I thought why not throw on my D&G classic denim jacket over my soft and flowy dress for a fun shopping day in Santa Monica on a beautiful Sunday.  To top it all off I am wearing it with my Michael Kors gladiator sandals that I have been living in this entire summer.  I have to admit that I have gotten a lot of complements and inquiries about these sandals this summer so they were definitely a great find!

This kind of an outfit would pretty much look great on anyone and I am sure most people have a summery dress and a denim jacket, so go ahead put them on with some sandals and jewelry and you are good to go.

Your jacket looks great as it appears to be slightly fitted. That’s my problem with jean jackets, they always end up looking too boxy. Thanks for sharing all these options!

      Hi Chelsey,
I know what you mean, I bought this jacket in Europe years ago (its D&G) and one of the main reasons I keep it, is because of the fitted shape. Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting.
